"Our stay at the Creekside Lodge was great! We were helped by the innkeeper Todd who was one of the nicest persons we have ever met. He was so helpful and friendly and really helped to make us feel warm and welcome the entire time. Our unit was a suite and it was very clean on the inside. The Lodge was conveniently located near “everything” in this little town and was a few minute drive from Grover State Park. We would absolutely stay here again. "

"Feeling outdoors-y? If you've been to South Lake and ready for a more remote Tahoe experience, this is a cozy place that's not too remote. Markleeville has creature comforts, so don't worry if you forget some staple items. Grover Hot Springs is worth a visit and a hike to the waterfalls. "The cabin is modern, cozy, and comfortable. We happened to be there on a day that broke heat records for the area and the house remained quite cool. The house was perfect for 4 adults and 1 toddler to relax and recreate together and apart. The river is gorgeous and you really can hear it from almost every part of the cabin. Only advice: bring ice the first day because the fridge icemaker takes about 24 hours to get going. Such a lovely getaway from the concrete jungle!!"

"I loved the spa facility. However, you need to purchase a message or treatment to enjoy the steam room and the jacuzzi. You get 3 hours to enjoy the spa facility which includes snacks and tea in the common co-ed area, refreshing drinking water outside the steam room, lockers, showers, shampoo, hair dryers, hair gel, make up remover. We also enjoyed the outside heated swimming pool which includes an amazing jacuzzi. The hotel includes three restaurants. The food was good. Our room was quiet and comfortable. I also liked the glass of champagne provided at check-in and the hotel shuttle that brings anywhere within a 2-mile radius from the hotel. "
